Creative Ventures was founded by Hillary (Goodall) Bonham, VP of Land Acquisition instead at Goodall Homes in Nashville, Director for Franklin Capital Investment, LLC, and co-owner of Maple Street Properties, LLC. We provide a range of commercial real estate development opportunities, offering entitled commercial land, as well as the development of office, retail and industrial properties.
After graduating from Georgetown University with a Master’s in Real Estate, she began working at Goodall Homes where she led the acquisition, entitlement, and development for over 2,000 lots. She was also a member of the Berkshire Hathaway acquisition team in 2016. She participates in the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors, JDRF, ULI Nashville, NAIOP, Forward Sumner, and has served as a Vestry member at Church of the Redeemer.
